RESEARCH + PRACTICE
Pip McCully graduated from the Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours) in 2005. Since then, she has gained relevant practical experience working for leading Melbourne design firms, including Hecker Guthrie and Carr Design Group. Pip is now the director of Wonder, an established interior design studio specialising in residential and boutique retail environments. The practice stands to create sophisticated and intelligent spaces, which provoke a sense of wonder and new experience for their occupants. Alongside, Pip works in exhibition design at the National Gallery of Victoria and is a regular tutor of first year interior design at RMIT. Pip is fascinated by principles of slow design, our relationship with surface and space, materials, intricate details and the wonder of atmosphere.
