RESEARCH + PRACTICE
Charles O'Loughlin is currently a PhD candidate at RMIT University. He has previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (Art History and Curatorship) at the ANU; a Bachelor of Fine Arts at RMIT University; and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) at the VCA.
Charles O'Loughlin's research applies the techniques of administration; recording, organising, numericising and statistical analysis; to daily life as a methodological approach to determine form. The resulting works question what is left after administrative processes have appropriated daily life.
